Reconstituted Limestone

These blocks are basically concrete blocks using crushed limestone as the sand in the construction. The main ones we use for retaining are 1000x350x350mm but they also come in smaller sizes for steps, garden edging etc.

The main advantage these blocks have over limestone blocks is that they are truer in size and this makes them ideal for dry stacking.

They weigh over 200kg each and therefore for a small retaining wall (up to two high) they are very sturdy without any footings or reinforcement. They come in square or pillow faced.
